Registration & Account

Registering an ace96 account is simple and takes less than two minutes. Click the Register at the top of this page, then fill in the required details including your username, mobile number, and password. You will need to verify your phone number via an OTP code that will be sent to you. Once verified, your account is immediately active and ready to use.

You must be 18 years and above to register and use the ace96 platform. This is a non-negotiable platform policy. ace96 reserves the right to request age verification through identification documents during the KYC process. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be suspended immediately.

No. Each individual is only permitted to have one account only at ace96. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual violates our terms of service and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. Log in to your account and go to the Account Settings. You can update your username, email, and bank details there. For phone number changes or identity information updates, please contact our customer support team for additional verification due to security requirements.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required to ensure the security of all members and to comply with platform regulatory requirements. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or passport when making larger withdrawals. This process is typically completed within 24 hours. A completed KYC also allows your withdrawal limits to be increased.

Deposit & Withdrawal

ACE96 offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members making their first deposit. The bonus is automatically credited to your account after the first deposit is successfully processed. The wagering requirement is the total amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you must place bets totalling RM1,000 before you can make a withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the Promotions.

Bonus validity periods vary by promotion type. Most bonuses have a validity period of between 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited automatically. Always check your bonus validity period in the promotions section of your account to make sure you don't miss any opportunity.

Yes, you can request to cancel an unused bonus by contacting our customer support. However, any winnings earned using those bonus funds will also be forfeited. If you do not intend to use the bonus, it is best to inform us before you start playing with that balance.
