Ace96 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Guide for All Members

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ace96 and every individual who accesses or uses the ace96 online entertainment platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services.

• Password confidentiality: You must keep your username and account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Reporting unauthorized access: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the ACE96 support team immediately through the provided channels.
• Up-to-date information: You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any changes to your phone number, email address, or banking details must be reported to ACE96 in a timely manner.
• Identity verification (KYC): ACE96 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a national ID, bank statement, or other supporting documents — at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

ACE96 will not be held responsible for any financial loss or data loss resulting from your failure to keep your own login credentials secure.

• Request from relevant authorities

If your account is terminated due to a Terms violation, ace96 reserves the right to forfeit all fund balances and bonuses in the account without compensation. If termination is for any other reason, any valid fund balance will be returned to you once all required reviews are completed.
